We established AgHealth Services after witnessing the critical need for medical and healthcare support in rural America, particularly within agricultural communities. Our motivation stemmed from a personal experience when our daughter, Sterling, suffered a life-threatening accident involving a horse. She required an air evacuation to a hospital equipped with a pediatric ICU to handle her severe trauma. Sterling spent four days there, followed by additional days in the hospital, supported by the prayers of hundreds before she was finally discharged.
Upon returning home to heal, we were confronted with an overwhelming amount of medical bills, which brought significant financial stress and uncertainty to our family. My wife, Shayne, a fourth-generation rancher, and I, having a background in business and healthcare tech, were driven by these challenges to create a healthcare company dedicated to serving the agricultural community.
